The construction requirements for magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes first involve the burial requirements: prepare the backfill material, mix it in proportion and stir evenly, then fill it into a cotton bag measuring 30 cm in diameter and one meter in length. Clean the surface of the anode as required, then insert it into the center of the prepared backfill material and compact it. The outside of the backfill material should be tightly bound and laid flat or vertically at the same depth, 2 to 3 meters away from the protected pipeline. Finally, fill the anode pit with fine soil mixed with salt. When connecting cables to other devices, soldering must be used, except for connection wires inside the junction box. Before soldering, remove the anti-corrosion insulation layer and clean the surface. After soldering, the solder joints must be treated with insulation and anti-corrosion. The burial depth of the cables must be the same as that of the pipeline. Cables must have a sufficient reserve length of about 0.8 meters, not including the protective tube, to facilitate future maintenance and data detection by lifting the junction box above ground. The burial of the junction box must be compacted and waterproofed. Cable colors should be distinguishable, and permanent markers should be placed around the burial location of the anode.

One package of specialized backfill material. One set of thermite welding agent. One anode cloth bag. Product specifications: include D-type, S-type, C-type, various special shapes, and extruded embedded anodes. Magnesium alloy sacrificial anode - pre-packaged anode: (including high-potential and low-potential) is the final product of cast anodes and can be directly applied in engineering construction.
Magnesium anodes have high driving voltage, low current efficiency, and high cost. Depending on their shape and electrode potential (open-circuit potential), magnesium anodes can be used in soil or freshwater environments with resistivity ranging from 15 ohm-meters to 150 ohm-meters. They are generally not used in environments with soil resistivity less than 10 ohm-meters. The potential of high-potential magnesium anodes is -1.75V CSE, with a driving voltage of 0.85V; the potential of low-potential magnesium anodes is -1.55V CSE, with a driving voltage of 0.7V. The operating temperature can reach 100°C. When the remaining weight of the sacrificial anode is 15% of the initial weight, the anode is considered失效. Therefore, the utilization rate of the anode is generally 85%. Based on the traditional anode, supplemented with matching accessories, this new-concept anode product makes construction more convenient and time-saving for customers, better meeting their needs.
Backfill material: 75% gypsum, 20% bentonite, 5% sodium sulfate, thoroughly mixed in a mixing tank. The use of backfill material can improve the output current efficiency of the anode, retain moisture, reduce the grounding resistance of the anode, and ensure uniform corrosion on the anode surface, thereby improving anode efficiency. The weight of the backfill material can vary according to customer requirements. The size, weight, and shape of the packaged anode can be customized based on customer needs.
